What’s Included in Our Residential Cleaning Services?
Living Areas & Bedrooms:
- Included: We’ll dust all surfaces, clean mirrors and fixtures, vacuum carpets or mop hard floors, and wipe down baseboards. We also tidy up and organize spaces as needed.
- Not Included: Deep carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, or moving heavy furniture (unless requested as part of an additional service).
Bathrooms:
- Included: We clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, showers, and bathtubs. We also wipe down mirrors, polish chrome fixtures, and clean floor surfaces.
- Not Included: Mold removal, grout scrubbing, and deep tile cleaning are excluded from standard services but can be added on request.
Kitchen:
- Included: We clean countertops, exterior surfaces of appliances, sinks, cabinet doors, and stovetops. We’ll also wipe down backsplashes, empty the trash, and mop the floors.
- Not Included: Inside of appliances (e.g., ovens, refrigerators), dishes, and interior cabinet cleaning. These can be added as extra services.
Dining Area:
- Included: We dust all surfaces, clean tables and chairs, vacuum or mop the floors, and wipe down baseboards.
- Not Included: Furniture moving for deep cleaning under large pieces.
Hallways & Entryways:
- Included: These often-overlooked areas are swept, mopped, or vacuumed. We also dust surfaces and clean light fixtures.
- Not Included: Cleaning of walls or ceilings unless requested as an add-on.
What We Don’t Cover in Standard Services:
- Heavy Lifting or Moving Furniture: Our team will not move heavy furniture without prior arrangement.
